Any returned item must be in the same condition as when sold. Boots, clothing and accessories may be tried on for size (inside only).
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment only.

To return a product, you must return it by mail to the Passion Félin warehouse, only by Canada Post services, at 698 Boulevard Guimond Longueuil J4G 1T5.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
