The quality of our products is at the heart of who we are. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or refund any item purchased from Passion Félin within 30 days of the date of purchase, upon presentation of the original invoice.

Any returned item must be in the same condition as when sold. Boots, clothing and accessories may be tried on for size (inside only).
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment only.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Food and treats that do not meet your pet's expectations 100% are eligible for an exchange or refund. To qualify;

the returned product must be in its original packaging
contain more than 80% of the initial quantity
be accompanied by the receipt.
To return a product, you must return it by mail to the Passion Félin warehouse, only by Canada Post services, at 698 Boulevard Guimond Longueuil J4G 1T5.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
